No this is absolutely not true. All non-immigrant visa are available as long as you are eligible.

Exception is that of work visa (H1b) where they have a cap on number of visa that can be granted. But not for any other non-immigrant visa's.

Ik heb witte vorm. Ik werd gevraagd om CV en onderzoek samenvatting in te dienen.

Ik wil met ingang van India. Kan ik dat doen als mijn aanvraag is in behandeling?

Mijn school begint op 29 augustus.

Standaard routine is dat visum is afgegeven op de plek.

Ik ben uit India. Ik spreek heel goed Engels. Nederlanders niet zo goed.

Op dit moment studeren wat ik op de Technische Universiteit Delft en het gaan naar Stanford, CA voor PHD.

Geachte GoldenHills, Dank u voor uw reactie. Visum officier vertelde ik zou e-mail hem een CV en een onderzoek samenvatting. Hij zei ook dat hij zal me laten weten wanneer ze klaar zijn om mijn aanvraag verder te verwerken. Ik ingediend beide documenten op 31 mei. Sindsdien ben ik gewoon te wachten....
