Even mijn account vanonder het stof halen.

Alvast volgende Facebook-post gemaakt (zichtbaarheid mensen!!!):
Dear Alamo,
I've rented with you quite a few times in the past few years (either through a friend, or on my own name). Besides a few annoying sales reps, I never had any problem. As an avid traveller, I know how prices change all the time and I know the market is tough. I've seen quite a few crazy, but still somehow reasonable promotions. So, I was delighted when I booked my car at a very convenient, yet not too crazy, price a few days ago (alamo.com --> Belgium). I did my part of the business and made a reservation. Alamo confirmed the reservation and sent me an email that everything is okay and the car is booked. Now all of a sudden I get an email that you cancelled the booking because the price was somehow 'wrong'.
The belgian law to protect consumers (September 2004) clearly states that a confirmation of any kind (also an email) is considered as a contract. So, there's a contract between me and Alamo to reserve a car at a certain price with certain options. I'd like that contract to be honoured.
Obviously you'll claim that your terms and conditions protect you against certain mistakes. However, I've come across similar prices (by National for example), so that argument would be not valid.
You obviously have my contact details (just search for my name & country), so I expect to read about what you can do for me to honour this contract within 48 hours.
Thanks in advance,
Maarten
