Mocht de KLM natuurlijk zijn vluchten zelf annuleren dan is het wat anders.
Ok tijd voor een samenvatting van de huidige policy bij KLM.
Voor deze crisis was er EU261 en had je recht op geld terug bij annulatie of een andere vlucht en een schadevergoeding.
Maar dat is allemaal van de baan, "bijzonder" maar het is niet anders. En je recht proberen te halen heeft momenteel geen enkel nut heb ik van mijn rechtsbijstand te horen gekregen.
KLM gaat óók bij door KLM annuleren je je geld niet teruggeven. Ik heb daar uitvoerig over gemaild omdat mijn vlucht van 2 april van KLM deze maandag eindelijk geannuleerd werd.
Ondanks dat ik wel degelijk tickets heb van de KLM maar dan via KLM package deals, blijken er andere voorwaarden te bestaan. Zo wilde ik gisteren tijdens het telefoongesprek gelijk omboeken voor een vlucht naar Argentinie in november met bijbetaling, maar dat kon niet. Een voucher kreeg ik ook al niet, moet dus gewoon wachten op het vervolg op de travelban tot 12 april

Your trip is cancelled by us.
The full travel sum will be refunded as a voucher. This is a Corona-voucher which meets the requirements of the ANVR and SGR.
The voucher will be sent to you by email within several weeks. It has the same value as your previously booked package trip including the value of any discount vouchers used (excluding the €10 booking fee). The voucher can be redeemed for travel by 1 year after date of issue. The voucher is valid for the combination of flight, hotel and/or car rental for a chosen destination.
Change and cancellation policy for KLM Package Deals bookings with departure from 7 April 2020.
Change and cancellation policy for risk areas according to the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs travel advice (code red)with departure by 30 April 2020, or when KLM (or partner) cannot operate the flight. Check the current status of your flight.

Change and cancellation costs for the booked services apply in accordance with the conditions of the relevant suppliers (airline, hotel, car rental company, etc.).
We recommend you to follow the developments and advice from the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
If you would like to rebook your trip from a risk area to a no-risk area, please contact us so we can first cancel your booking. You will then receive the value of the cancelled trip as a voucher, which can be used to make a new booking via the website .
This policy also applies to KLM Package Deals bookings made in Belgium and Luxembourg.
